PWYS UPDATE Game Day was a huge success! Thank you for joining us at Chandler Park last Saturday! Our first Game Day of the 2nd 3v3 Fall season was a great success! Players from Gaston, Klondike, Treadwell, and Chandler Parks used all the skills learned in practice in a game situation! All the players were split according to their age group and had the chance to play two 30-minute 3v3 games. Our next Game Day will be on November 14th (all the details will be announced soon). Thank you to all the players, families, and coaching staff that attended it! We hope everyone had a fun morning and felt safe at Chandler Park! WEEKLY UPDATE WEEK 4 Thank you for being part of the 1st 3v3 Fall Season! We will back on October 19th! Thank you to all the players, families, and coaches that were part of this 1st 3v3 Fall Season that took place during the last 4 weeks! PWYS UPDATE Play Where You Stay launches CDC compliant Middle and High School girls soccer training! We’re excited to announce that we are offering COVID-SAFE soccer training for Middle and High School Girls this Fall! Following Shelby County Schools' decision to indefinitely postpone athletics, Play Where You Stay is expanding core K-5 programming to Middle and High School kids. Play Where You Stay pairs collegiate athletes with kids from across Memphis in an effort to develop the world’s most beautiful game. To ensure the health and safety of all our players, coaches have blended COVID-SAFE on-field trainings (Mask On!) with a virtual curriculum (Mask Off!) for asynchronous learning at home. We will follow all the U.S. Soccer “Play On” Grassroots Recommendations Guide and TSSA Return-to-play Guidelines. Practices will be limited to 8 players for one hour. Published 9/11/20: WEEKLY UPDATE WEEK 1 We had a great first week of the 3v3 Fall Season! It was great to see all the players back on the field! Thank you to all the players and parents that came to the soccer practices at Gaston, Klondike, Treadwell, and Chandler Parks this first week of the 3v3 Fall Season! It was great to welcome back familiar faces and meet the new players for the first time!
