Thank You, Lyndsay Boyle

First and foremost, we extend our deepest thanks to Lyndsay Boyle for her incredible work and unwavering commitment to PWYS over the past year. As Program Director, Lyndsay has been instrumental in shaping both our K-5 Developmental Program and our Competitive Teams. Her leadership has been marked by passion, dedication, and a constant drive to bring the joy of soccer to every child in our community—regardless of background, experience, or ability level.

Lyndsay worked tirelessly each and every day to better PWYS, devoting countless hours to both the behind-the-scenes responsibilities and the on-the-ground support that keep our organization running. She mentored our coaches to be the best versions of themselves—not just for their own development, but for the benefit of the players they lead. While she navigated the many logistical and administrative tasks required in her role, she also made time to be out on the field, actively participating in practices and showing up at games to cheer on our teams.

Perhaps most importantly, Lyndsay played a pivotal role in shaping the culture of PWYS. She led with kindness, compassion, and an emphasis on fundamentals—encouraging coaches to build strong foundations with players while creating inclusive, welcoming environments. Her vibrant energy brought warmth and enthusiasm to every space she entered, and her presence had a lasting impact on everyone around her.

While we will miss her dearly, we are incredibly excited for Lyndsay and her family as they embark on a new adventure in England this summer. We have no doubt that she will continue to inspire and uplift others wherever her journey takes her—and we feel deeply grateful to have had her as part of the PWYS family.
